Inside the sauna
The sauna is extremely hot. Do not touch any part of the equipment.
You can pour water over the stones using the ladle and water provided, it will increase the heat and humidity.
When pouring water on the rocks, start from the point furthest away from you and draw the ladle towards you to prevent the steam from scalding your arm.
A sauna can make you feel hot, lightheaded and faint. Should you feel these symptoms are beyond your comfort/control please exit the sauna.
Do not use essential oils in the sauna.

Use the cold plunge at your own risk. It is your own responsibility to ensure that you can withstand exposure to cold temperatures.
The water is from a local underground aquifer and chilled to between 42°-45° Fahrenheit, we recommend that people with less experience start slow (20-30 seconds) and gradually increase their time in the plunge.
